About NAF

We regularly hold 'open mic' sessions and from time to time invite special guests to our events. Regular performers are The October Game, James O'Grady (Oyster Band / Cara Dillon), The Devine Family and Ragged Staff. The nights are very relaxed and the audience very appreciative. Some of our performers have said it's the most welcoming crowd they have played in front of.
At past events the audience have enjoyed such varied music as traditional irish, blues, country and western, folk and rock and listened to such instruments as harp, uilleann pipes, banjo and fiddle to name but a few.
The NAF Club meets on the first Tuesday of every month from 8:00pm. Admission prices are always kept low. The club is currently run by Ned Lawton. If you would like to contact himm please go to the 'Contact Us' page.
It's always worth looking at our events calendar for special events and forthcoming guest spots. In the past we have run charity events in larger venues and also supported The George Beer Festival in the Summer.

Ragged Staff are the resident band at the NAF Club. They play traditional Irish, English and Scottish songs and tunes mixed with their own material. For more information about the band, please visit their website www.ragged-staff.co.uk
